目的:探讨在急诊科护理管理中柔性管理措施的应用情况及效果。方法某院急诊科2012年9月开始实施以综合柔性管理为核心的护理管理措施,营造“以人为本”的文化氛围,建立自主管理平台和柔性激励机制等方法。比较实施柔性管理前后急诊科护士对本专业知识掌握情况及工作满意度。结果实施柔性护理管理后,急诊科护士的理论知识考核成绩优良率、技能知识考核成绩优良率、工作满意度分别为82.14%,89.29%,92.86%,均高于实施前的57.69%,61.54%,65.38%,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为3.865,4.262,4.693;P<0.05)。结论实施柔性护理管理可满足护士生理、心理、社会等多方面的需求,体现以人为本的管理理念,提高护士的工作积极性和创造性,可使其更好地服务于患者,缓和护患关系,提高管理效果。

목적:탐토재급진과호리관리중유성관리조시적응용정황급효과。방법모원급진과2012년9월개시실시이종합유성관리위핵심적호리관리조시,영조“이인위본”적문화분위,건립자주관리평태화유성격려궤제등방법。비교실시유성관리전후급진과호사대본전업지식장악정황급공작만의도。결과실시유성호리관리후,급진과호사적이론지식고핵성적우량솔、기능지식고핵성적우량솔、공작만의도분별위82.14%,89.29%,92.86%,균고우실시전적57.69%,61.54%,65.38%,차이유통계학의의(χ2치분별위3.865,4.262,4.693;P<0.05)。결론실시유성호리관리가만족호사생리、심리、사회등다방면적수구,체현이인위본적관리이념,제고호사적공작적겁성화창조성,가사기경호지복무우환자,완화호환관계,제고관리효과。
Objective To explore the application and effect of flexible management in emergency nursing management .Methods Emergency department began to implement comprehensive flexible management as the core of nursing management measures since September 2012 .We aimed to create a People-oriented culture, an autonomous management platform and a flexible motivational mechanism .Results After implemented flexible nursing management , the rate of good performance of emergency nurses in theory knowledge, skills assessment and their job satisfaction were 82.14%, 89.29% and 92.86%, respectively, which were higher than 57.69%, 61.54% and 65.38% before the implementation.The differences were statistically significant (χ2 =3.865,4.262,4.693, respectively;P <0.05).Conclusions Implemented comprehensive flexible nursing management can meet nurses'physiological , psychosocial and social needs .It embodies the concept of a human-being-oriented management and can improve the nurses'working enthusiasm and creativity .It also makes nurses to provide the patients with better care , and moderate the relationship between nurses and patients , as well as improving the management effect .
