目的：探讨超声引导下麦默通微创切治疗乳腺良性肿块及护理配合对患者的影响。方法选取乳腺良性肿块患者108例，按随机数字表法分为观察组54例和对照组54例，分别采用全面护理和常规护理进行配合。比较两组术后各项指标及并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果护理后，观察组患者手术旋切次数、术中出血量、住院时间及手术时间分别为（8．18±0．73）次，（24．21±3．03） ml，（5．29±1．04）d，（23．68±1．64） min，均优于对照组的（11．73±1．21）次，（50．11±5．47） ml，（8．26±1．57）d，（45．52±2．17）min，差异均有统计学意义（t分别为4．835，5．126，5．026，4．517；P＜0．05）；观察组患者并发症发生率及护理满意度分别为5．56％，98．15％，均优于对照组的18．52％，74．07％，差异有统计学意义（χ2分别为5．006，5．308；P＜0．05）。结论通过全面护理配合可显著提高麦默通乳腺旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块的疗效，改善患者预后，提高生活质量。

목적：탐토초성인도하맥묵통미창절치료유선량성종괴급호리배합대환자적영향。방법선취유선량성종괴환자108례，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조54례화대조조54례，분별채용전면호리화상규호리진행배합。비교량조술후각항지표급병발증발생솔、호리만의도。결과호리후，관찰조환자수술선절차수、술중출혈량、주원시간급수술시간분별위（8．18±0．73）차，（24．21±3．03） ml，（5．29±1．04）d，（23．68±1．64） min，균우우대조조적（11．73±1．21）차，（50．11±5．47） ml，（8．26±1．57）d，（45．52±2．17）min，차이균유통계학의의（t분별위4．835，5．126，5．026，4．517；P＜0．05）；관찰조환자병발증발생솔급호리만의도분별위5．56％，98．15％，균우우대조조적18．52％，74．07％，차이유통계학의의（χ2분별위5．006，5．308；P＜0．05）。결론통과전면호리배합가현저제고맥묵통유선선절계통치료유선량성종괴적료효，개선환자예후，제고생활질량。
Objective To explore the effect of the minimally invasive surgery for breast tumors through the ultrasound guided mammotome system and nursing cooperation on the patients .Methods One hundred and eight patients with breast benign tumors were chosen and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table , each with 54 cases.The control group received the routine nursing, and the observation group received the comprehensive nursing .The kinds of indicators , the incidence rate of complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results The number of rotary cutting, the amount of bleed during the operation , hospital stay and operation time were respectively (8.18 ± 0.73), (24.21 ±3.03) ml, (5.29 ±1.04)d, (23.68 ±1.64)min in the observation group, and were better than (11.73 ±1.21), (50.11 ±5.47)ml, (8.26 ±1.57)d, (45.52 ±2.17)min in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=4.835, 5.126, 5.026, 4.517, respectively;P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication and the nursing satisfaction were respectively 5.56%, 98.15%in the observation group, and were better than18.52%,74.07% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =5.006, 5.308, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing cooperation can significant improve the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for breast benign tumors through the ultrasound guided mammotome system , and improve the prognosis , and increase the quality of life of patients .
