目的:了解造血干细胞移植层流病房低年资护士工作中的主要压力源,分析职业压力与职业倦怠的相关性。方法采用护理人员压力源调查表和Maslach倦怠量表对造血干细胞移植层流病房62名低年资护士进行职业压力与职业倦怠的调查,对调查结果进行相关性分析。结果62名护士在感情衰竭、情感疏远、成就感缺乏各维度得分分别为(17.79±6.85),(13.25±9.65),(32.69±7.42)分,不同年龄护士工作倦怠各维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(F值分别为0.83,0.69,1.56;P>0.05);不同文化程度护士情感疏远维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(F=10.32,P<0.05)。前5位压力源为担心差错和事故、工作负荷大、待遇不满意、处于不良工作环境中、护理管理者的理解和支持不够;压力源与工作倦怠进行相关分析显示上述压力源均与感情衰竭均相关(r值分别为0.202,0.325,0.205,0.207,0.243;P<0.05);护理管理者的理解和支持不够与情感疏远、成就感缺乏有关( r 值分别为0.321,-0.159;P<0.05)。结论造血干细胞移植层流病房低年资护士存在的职业压力不容忽视,应加强人力资源管理,提高护士对工作压力源的认知及耐受力,营造良好的工作环境,提高护士的素质和社会地位。

Objective To investigate the correlation of occupational stress and job burnout in low seniority nurses of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation of laminar flow ward .Methods Using the general situation questionnaire and the Maslach burnout inventory , we surveyed 62 low seniority nurses from the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation of laminar flow ward .The nurses ’ occupational stress and job burnout were analyzed for their correlation .Results The scores of job burnout , alienation, lack of the sense of achievement were (17.79 ±6.85), (13.25 ±9.65) and (32.69 ±7.42).No significant differences were found in these aspects (F=0.83, 0.69, 1.56, respectively;P>0.05).The scores of job burnout in nurses with different cultural degree had significant difference (F=10.32,P<0.05).The top 5 pressure sources are worry about working mistakes , maximum workload , unsatisfied salary , poor working environment , lack the understanding and support from nursing managers .The results of pressure sources were associated with emotional exhaustion (r=0.202, 0.325, 0.205, 0.207, 0.243, respectively;P<0.05).Lack the understanding and support from nursing managers were related to alienation , lack of the sense of achievement ( r =0.321,-0.159, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions The occupation pressure existed in the low seniority nurses from the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation of laminar flow ward should not be ignored .Nursing managers should strengthen the management of human resources , improve the acknowledgement of work tolerance , create a good working environment , and improve the quality and social status of nurses .
