Based on the patent data of past years,and starting from the overall status of the patent in Shanxi Province, the patent application and authorization of Shanxi’s enterprises,the patent status of high-tech enterprises in Shanxi Province,and the patent status of enterprises in Shanxi Provincial Economic Development Zone, etc., this paper makes the Analysis on the patent application and authorization of Shanxi’s Enterprises in 2012.
