目的:调查四川省护理管理者时间管理倾向现状,为更深层次研究护理管理者时间管理倾向、探讨如何提高护理管理者时间管理技能提供基础。方法对454名护理管理者使用员工时间管理问卷进行横断面调查。结果护理管理者整体得分情况为:目标设置(17.18±3.22)分,时间自控(17.59±3.02)分,时间安排(14.42±2.58)分,混乱倾向(12.13±1.74)分,时间管理倾向总分(61.32±8.02)分。不同性别、职务、护理工作年限、管理任职年限的护理管理者时间管理倾向总分比较差异有统计学意义(t/F值分别为6.134,3.160,42.265,14.643;P<0.05)。护理管理者时间管理倾向总分与职务呈正相关(r=0.112,P<0.05),与工作年限(r=-0.452,P<0.05)、任职年限(r=-0.244,P<0.05)呈负相关。结论高年资护理管理者的时间管理倾向有待改善,应当加强管理知识培训,护士长需加强时间管理技巧的培训,增强时间管理技能。

Objective To investigate the time management disposition status of nursing managers in Sichuan province , and to establish a basis for the further study of the time management disposition of nursing managers in China and discuss how to improve their time management skills .Methods A cross-sectional survey of 454 nursing managers was conducted by using the Employee Time Management Questionnaire .Results The overall scores of goal setting , time controls, schedule, chaotic tendencies and total points for nursing managers (17.18 ±3.22), (17.59 ±.02), (14.42 ±2.58), (12.13 ±1.74), and (61.32 ±8.02), respectively.There were significant differences in scores of nurse managers with different gender , position, hospital level, work experience, the tenure of their offices (t/F=6.134, 3.160, 42.265, 14.643, respectively;P<0.05).The total point and time controls were positively correlated with position (r=0.112,P<0.05), negatively correlated with work experience (r=-0.452,P<0.05) and tenure (r=-0.244, P<0.05).Conclusions Longer-serving, longer-tenure and primary hospitals ’ managers need to improve their time manage skills .It is necessary to strengthen their nursing management knowledge and time management skills via training program to enhance time management disposition .
