目的：探讨提高护士核心素质在骨科优质护理中的价值。方法：2012年对我院护士进行核心素质培训，随机选择2010年、2012年各500例骨科病房住院患者，比较培训前、后两年患者满意率、平均住院时间、投诉率、压疮发生率和自我护理能力评分，以及骨科护理论文发表和新技术新业务应用情况。结果：2012年患者非常满意率、平均住院时间、投诉率、压疮发生率和自我护理能力评分分别为97．2％、（9．5±3．18） d、0．4％、0．4％、（138．58±21．36）分，分别优于2010年的88．0％、（11．5±4．66）d、3．4％、3．0％、（117．36±20．52）分，培训前后比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；随机调查我院骨科3个病区51名护士，对比护士核心素质培训前后护士本科、在读硕士生比例及论文、新技术新业务增长率分别是46％、200％、83％、67％。结论：提高护士核心素质对改进骨科的优质护理服务水平有积极地意义。

Objective :To discuss the value of upgrading the core quality of nurses in the high quality nursing service in depart-ment of orthopedics .Methods :The nurses in our hospital have received the core quality training since 2012 .500 patients admitted to hospital in 2010 and other 500 patients in 2012 were randomly selected in the orthopedic wards .The satisfaction rate of patients , average hospitalization time ,the rate of complaints ,the incidence of pressure ulcers ,the score of self -care ability ,the number of published papers and application of new techniques were compared before and after two years of the training .Results :The satisfac-tion rate of patients ,average hospitalization time ,the rate of complaints ,the incidence of pressure ulcers and the score of self -care ability were respectively 97 .2% ,9 .5+3 .18 days ,0 .4% ,0 .4% and 138 .58+21 .36 points in 2012 and better than 88% ,11 .5+4 . 66 days ,3 .4% ,3% and 117 .36+20 .52 points in 2010 ,the differences before and after the training were statistically significant (P<0 .05);the proportion of undergraduates and masters in the investigated 51 nurses of 3 wards ,the increasing rates of published paper and application of new techniques were 46% ,200% ,83% and 67% respectively .Conclusion :Upgrading the core quality of nurses has positive significance in improving the quality of nursing care in department of orthopedics .
