目的：探讨胰十二指肠切除术后胃排空障碍患者的综合护理干预方法及效果。方法：选取2010年8月～2011年12月胰十二指肠切除术后胃排空障碍患者96例作为对照组，选取2012年1月～2013年6月胰十二指肠切除术后胃排空障碍患者40例作为干预组，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组患者术后住院时间、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分、满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论：综合护理干预可缩短胰十二指肠切除术后胃排空障碍患者的住院时间，缓解不良情绪，提高满意度。
목적：탐토이십이지장절제술후위배공장애환자적종합호리간예방법급효과。방법：선취2010년8월～2011년12월이십이지장절제술후위배공장애환자96례작위대조조，선취2012년1월～2013년6월이십이지장절제술후위배공장애환자40례작위간예조，대조조급여상규호리，간예조재상규호리기출상실시종합호리간예，비교량조호리효과。결과：량조환자술후주원시간、초필자평량표（SAS）평분、Kolcaba서괄상황량표평분、만의도비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。결론：종합호리간예가축단이십이지장절제술후위배공장애환자적주원시간，완해불량정서，제고만의도。
Objective :To explore the method and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with functional delayed gastric emptying after pancreaticoduodenectomy .Methods :96 patients with functional delayed gastric emptying (from August 2010 to December 2011) were taken as the control group and other 40 patients treated from January 2012 to June 2013 were taken as the intervention group .The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the comprehensive nursing interven-tion was additionally provided for the patients in the intervention group ,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups .Results :There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of hospitalization time ,SAS score ,the score of Kolcaba scale and patient satisfaction between the two groups (P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion :The comprehensive nursing inter-vention on patients with functional delayed gastric emptying after pancreatoduodenectomy can shorten hospitalization time ,relieve bad mood and increase satisfaction rate of the patients .
