通过室内试验和理论分析,研究水泥掺量的变化对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的物理力学性能、水稳定性、抗剪切性能及高温稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明,由于水泥既可作为优质的细集料,又是一种碱性水硬材料,能够与沥青反应生成黏度和强度更高的物质,因而能有效改善泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的性能;当水泥掺量由0增加到3%时,混合料的孔隙率降低了1.2%,残留强度比则增加了22.15%,养护7d后的动稳定度提高了65%左右,而作为黏结层时,与面层及基层的黏结力分别提高了0.88MPa和0.54MPa。

The article analyzes the influence law of the amount changing of cement on the physical and mechanical properties, water stability, shear resistance and high temperature stability of foam asphalt through laboratory tests and theoretical analysis. The results show that the cement can effectively improve the performance of the cold recycling mixture with foamed asphalt, because it can be used as high-quality fine aggregate, and can generate new material with higher viscosity and strength in the reaction with as-phalt due to its alkaline and hydraulic;when the cement amount increases from 0 to 3%, the mixture po-rosity is decreased by 1.2%, the residual strength ratio is increased by 22.15%, the dynamic stability after 7 days′ cure also is increased by about 65%, and when being used as the adhesive layer, the adhesive force to the surface and base is increased by 0.88MPa and 0.54MPa.
