钢箱-混凝土叠合梁桥具有自重轻、梁高小、跨度大、承载优、施工快、景观好等优点,已经逐渐成为现代城市桥梁及高速公路跨线桥的主力桥型。通过钱江通道及接线工程南接线段第11施工合同段齐贤枢纽跨杭甬高速B匝道钢箱-混凝土叠合梁桥的施工监控,对叠合梁在各主要施工工序下的结构线形和截面应力的变化规律进行监测和分析,为叠合梁的安全架设提供了技术保障,实现了既定的设计目标。施工方法和监测成果可为类似工程施工和监控提供借鉴。

With the advantages of light weight, low box girder height, large span, good bearing capacity, fast construction and beautiful landscape, steel box-concrete composite beam bridge gradually has been considered as the main bridge type in the field of municipal bridge and expressway ramp. In combination with the construction monitoring of Ramp B crossing Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway which belongs to Qix-ian grade-separated interchange in bid section No.11 of South Connecting Section of Qianjiang Passage-way and Connecting Project, the change rules of structural deformation and stress during the key construc-tion procedures of steel box-concrete composite beam bridge are analyzed in the article. The monitoring results provide technical support for construction safety and help to effectively achieve the design objec-tives. The construction methods and monitoring results can provide reference for the construction and monitoring of similar engineering.
