水路运输是危化品运输的主要方式,一旦发生事故会对人员、财产、环境产生严重影响。我国有关危化品事故应急处置技术的研究较少。以宁波二甲苯事故为例,开展船载散装液体危化品污染事故应急处置研究,提出应急处理流程和措施,以供参考。

Waterway transportation is the main way of transportation of dangerous chemicals. Once the ac-cident happens, serious influence on personnel, property and environment are brought about. There is less research on the emergency technology of dangerous chemicals accidents. Taking an accident of xylene leakage in Ningbo as an example, the emergency disposal of shipborne bulk dangerous chemicals leakage is studied in the article, the emergency disposal procedure and measures are proposed, which can be con-sulted.
