我国已经建成比较完善的高速公路网络，在此形势下，科学化、信息化的管理是提升高速公路服务质量和通行效率的前提。结合北京市高速公路建设实际，通过对典型高速公路收费站基础设施的实地调研分析，提出了高速公路收费站管理系统基础数据指标体系的设计原则，并构建了其指标体系，为高速公路运营管理部门建立统一完备的高速公路收费站管理系统奠定了良好的数据基础。

China has built a relatively complete expressway network. In this case, scientific and informa-tional management becomes more and more important for upgrading the service level and transportation ef-fectiveness of expressway. Based on the actual expressway construction in Beijing and site survey for typi-cal facilities of expressway toll station, the article proposed the design principles of basic data index sys-tem of expressway toll station management system, and established its index system. It can be used to es-tablish unified and complete expressway toll station management system for expressway management de-partment.
