目的:了解某三级甲等医院不同学历、职称护士职业生涯规划及核心能力的现状,为进一步完善对护士的分层及培训提供依据.方法2013年8-12月,选择昆明医科大学第二附属医院25个科室的286名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士职业生涯规划问卷及注册护士核心能力测评量表(competency inventoryfor registered nurses,CIRN)对其进行调查.结果不同学历、职称护士的职业满意度差异及职业生涯修正回答的构成差异均无统计学意义(均 P >0.05),但是不同职称护士对职业生涯相关知识的认知差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).286名护士的核心能力总均分为(154.380±38.144)分,得分最高的维度为领导能力(26.969±6.844)分,其次为科研能力(25.014±7.043)分,不同职称护士的核心能力得分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论护理管理者需根据护士职业生涯规划及核心能力现状,需制订并落实针对性的培训目标、计划和方案,同时注意改善职业环境,提升护士满意度.

Objective To understand the status of professional career plan and core competence in clinical nurse with different educational level and professional title,in order to provide a basis for the perfection of stratification and training of the nurse.Methods According to the professional title and age stratified ran-dom sampling,a total of 2 8 6 clinical nurses were investigated by using self-designed“nurse professional career plan”questionnaire and CIRN scale.Results There were statistically significant differences for the proportion of the nurses with different education and professional title about professional career related knowledge(P < 0 .0 5 ).The average score of nurse core competence was 1 5 4 .3 8 0 ± 3 8 .1 4 4 ,leadership had the highest score 2 6 .9 6 9 ± 6 .8 4 4 ,followed by the scientific research ability 2 5 .0 1 4 ± 7 .0 4 3 ;There were statistically significant differences for the score of core competence with different professional title (P < 0 .0 5 ).Conclusion The nurse managers should set targeted training ocjectives,plan based on each nurse’s professional career plan and current core ability,improving profession enviroment and increase nurse’s satisfaction level.
