目的：探讨“助孕丸”对肾虚-内膜抑制大鼠妊娠结局的影响。方法建立肾虚-内膜抑制大鼠妊娠模型，比较在不同生理阶段应用“助孕丸”后各组大鼠妊娠胚胎数、外周血及蜕膜中白血病抑制因子（LIF）的水平。结果肾虚-内膜抑制大鼠妊娠前、后均予以“助孕丸”干预后，妊娠胚胎数及蜕膜 LIF 水平均较其他模型大鼠明显增加，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。正常大鼠预防性使用“助孕丸”助孕、安胎后，蜕膜 LIF 水平及妊娠胎数与空白对照大鼠比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论孕前至妊娠早、中期使用“助孕丸”能有效提高肾虚-内膜抑制大鼠蜕膜 LIF 水平、增加妊娠胎数。
목적：탐토“조잉환”대신허-내막억제대서임신결국적영향。방법건립신허-내막억제대서임신모형，비교재불동생리계단응용“조잉환”후각조대서임신배태수、외주혈급세막중백혈병억제인자（LIF）적수평。결과신허-내막억제대서임신전、후균여이“조잉환”간예후，임신배태수급세막 LIF 수평균교기타모형대서명현증가，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。정상대서예방성사용“조잉환”조잉、안태후，세막 LIF 수평급임신태수여공백대조대서비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론잉전지임신조、중기사용“조잉환”능유효제고신허-내막억제대서세막 LIF 수평、증가임신태수。
Objective To explore the influence of Zhuyun pill on pregnancy outcome of kidney-deficiency and endometrial-suppression rats .Methods kidney-deficiency and endometrial-suppression of pregnant rats models were established ,and embryo number ,the content of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF)in the peripheral blood and decidua were compared among the groups after treated by Zhuyun pill in different physiological stages .Results The deficien-cy of kidney-endometrial inhibited rats before pregnancy ,were treated by Chinese medicine intervention .The number of embryos and pregnancy decidual LIF content of kidney-deficiency and endometrial-suppression treated by Zhuyun pill before and after pregnancy were increased significantly ,compared with other model rats (P < 0 .05) .After pre-vention use of Zhuyun pill in normal rats ,there was no significant difference in decidual LIF content and number of embrys ,compared with the blank control rats ( P > 0 .05) .Conclusion Using Zhuyun pill before pregnancy ,early pregnancy and mid pregnancy could effectively increase the content of LIF and the number of embrys in rats with the kidney-deficiency and endometrial-suppression .
