目的:了解护理管理人员信息需求现状及其影响因素,从而寻求有效的满足其需求的方法与途径,提高护理管理人员的信息能力。方法采用自行设计的问卷对临床一线护理管理人员68人进行调查。调查内容主要包括一般资料,信息需求内容,信息需求方式,信息需求障碍等。结果护理管理人员能够经常参加管理学相关知识培训人员仅占23.5%;参加有关检索信息培训人员仅1人,占1.5%。护理管理人员日常工作中主要查询的信息是业务管理方面、专业知识和技能,分别占38.3%,36.8%。一线的护理管理人员主要需求的内容是护理质量管理、成本管理及管理心理学,分别占42.6%,23.5%,22.1%。护理管理人员查询信息场所:在图书馆查询信息58人(85.3%),在科室查询信息3人(4.4%),在家里查询信息27人(39.7%),在网吧查询信息2人(2.9%)。平时查询信息障碍:计算机水平差3人(4.4%),外语水平不高44人(64.7%),缺乏时间32人(47.1%),缺乏检索知识28人(41.2%)。结论护理管理人员的需求主要是提高护理管理质量的信息,英语水平和文献检索知识是影响其需求的主要因素,管理部门应该加强护理管理人员的培训,图书馆应发挥其职能,满足护理管理人员的需求。

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factor of information needs in nursing administrators , so as to seek the effective methods and ways to meet their needs and improve their information ability .Methods Sixty-eight nursing administrators were surveyed by the self -designed questionnaire about the demographic data , the contents, the ways and barriers of information needs and so on .Results The percent of nursing administrators who often participated in the training of management related knowledge and information retrieval were respectively 23.5% and 1.5%.The information needs in daily work is mainly the business management (38.3%) and professional knowledge and skills (36.8%).The contents of information needs in nursing administrators were mainly the nursing quality management (42.6%), final cost management (23.5%) and management psychology (22.1%).The analysis of the location of searching the information showed that the cases of nurses who searched the information in the library , department , home and internet bar were respectively 58 (85.3%),3 (4.4%),27 (39.7%),2 (2.9%).The main obstacles to search the information were respectively the poor level of computer (3,4.4%), the poor level of English (44,64.7%), the lack of time (32,47.1%) and the lack of retrieval knowledge (28,41.2%).Conclusions The information needs in nursing administrators is mainly the information of increasing the quality of nursing management , and the main factors on affecting the needs were the level of English and the knowledge of literature retrieval .The management departments should strengthen the training of nursing administrators , and the library should play its functions to meet the needs of nursing administrators .
