目的：探讨互动达标理论在耐多药肺结核患者护理中的应用效果。方法将113例耐多药肺结核住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组58例和对照组55例，观察组应用互动达标理论方法进行护理，对照组应用常规护理方法，观察两组患者的心理状况、服药依从性、疗效结果及满意度调查情况等指标。结果干预前后，观察组患者焦虑得分从（18．51±3．71）分，降至（8．20±2．82）分，抑郁得分从（57．06±8．29）分降至（35．74±10．80）分；对照组患者焦虑得分从（18．14±3．36）分降至（13．30±4．90）分，抑郁得分从（56．94±7．24）分降至（54．74±7．25）分，经统计表明观察组的心理状况比对照组有明显改善，干预后两组组间比较差异有统计学意义（ t值分别为-6．924，-11．100；P＜0．05）；观察组服药依从率为96．5％，高于对照组（60．0％）；观察组疗效结果评为疗效好（52例）高于对照组（15例），而观察组评为疗效差（1例）少于对照组（5例）；观察组患者满意度为（89．53±8．187）分，高于对照组（79．53±10．563）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Z值分别为-7．018，-6．646，t＝5．480；P＜0．05）。结论互动达标理论在耐多药肺结核患者护理中的应用效果显著，能改善患者心理状态，提高患者服药依从性和满意度，值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of standard interaction theory in the nursing care of multidrug resistance patients .Methods 113 cases of multidrug resistance inpatients were randomly divided into the observation group (58 cases) and the control group (55 cases).The observation group was give the nursing care based on the standard interaction theory , while the control group used the conventional nursing method .The psychological condition , medication adherence , treatment effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the average score of anxiety in the observation group decreased from (18.51 ±3.71) to (8.20 ±2.82); the average score of depression in the observation group decreased from (57.06 ±8.29) to (35.74 ±10.80).The average score of anxiety in the control group decreased from (18.14 ±3.36) to (13.30 ±4.90); the average score of depression in the control group decreased from (56.94 ±7.24) to (54.74 ±7.25).The differences between groups were significant (t=-6.924,-11.100, respectively;P<0.05).The percentage of medication adherence was 96.5% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 60.0% in the control group.The treatment effect of the observation group (52 cases) was better than (15 cases) in the control group.The satisfaction was (89.53 ±8.187) in the observation group than (79.53 ±10.563) in the control group.The difference between groups was significant (Z=-7.018,-6.646, respectively;t=5.480;P<0.05).Conclusions The standard interaction theory had remarkable effect in the application of nursing care of multidrug resistance patients .It can improve patients ’ psychological condition and medication adherence and satisfaction , thus it is worthy of promoting .
