目的：了解三甲综合医院护士长工作压力现状。方法采用随机抽样方法，使用工作压力量表对成都市三甲综合医院护士长388名进行问卷调查。结果护士长工作压力总分平均（38．70±7．14）分，53．35％的护士长工作压力高于平均水平。不同年龄、学历、护龄、科室的护士长工作压力得分比较差异有统计学意义（F/t值分别为3．013，4．329，4．240，2．879；P＜0．05）。结论护士长工作压力较大，应采取有效的心理干预措施。
목적：료해삼갑종합의원호사장공작압력현상。방법채용수궤추양방법，사용공작압역량표대성도시삼갑종합의원호사장388명진행문권조사。결과호사장공작압력총분평균（38．70±7．14）분，53．35％적호사장공작압력고우평균수평。불동년령、학력、호령、과실적호사장공작압력득분비교차이유통계학의의（F/t치분별위3．013，4．329，4．240，2．879；P＜0．05）。결론호사장공작압력교대，응채취유효적심리간예조시。
Objective To describe the status of work stress among the head nurses .Methods Totals of 388 cases in third-grade class-A hospitals in Chengdu were investigated with the Work Stress Scale .Results The average score of work stress of the head nurses was (38.70 ±7.14), and 53.35%head nurses'work stress was higher than the average level .The score of work stress varied with age , education degree , office term and work departments (F/t=3.013,4.329,4.240,2.879, respectively;P <0.05).Conclusions Work stress is a general psychological problem among the head nurses and it is important to take effective psychological intervention .
