目的:了解护理专业实习生对贫血知识的掌握现状,为临床带教教师对护理专业实习生进行贫血知识的指导提供理论依据。方法对89名护理专业实习生进行贫血知识的问卷调查,比较不同学历、不同学制的护理专业实习生对贫血知识的掌握情况。结果护理专业实习生对贫血知识的总体认知水平及掌握情况不理想,总体答对率不足50%,总体及格率为10.1%;其中关于贫血的病因及分类、临床表现、治疗及临床护理4部分的答对率分别为53.4%,43.2%,42.2%及44.1%。长学制护理专业实习生对贫血知识掌握情况较好,及格率为25.4%,短学制及格率为6.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.773,P<0.05)。结论护理专业实习生对贫血知识掌握欠缺,尚不能很好满足临床需要,希望得到相关培训。临床带教教师对护理专业实习生应注意贫血知识的应用性指导,加强对其贫血健康教育相关内容及沟通技能的培训。

Objective To evaluate the current situation of anemia knowledge in nursing trainees so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical teaching teachers to guide anemia knowledge for them .Methods A total of 89 nursing trainees were surveyed by questionnaire , and knowledge of anemia in different education and schooling nursing trainees were compared .Results The overall cognitive level and master situation of anemia knowledge in nursing trainees were not ideal , the overall correct rate was less than 50%and the overall pass rate was 10.1%;the correct rate of the etiology of anemia and classification , clinical presentation, treatment and clinical nursing were 53.4%, 43.2%, 42.2% and 44.1%, respectively.Long schooling nursing trainees grasped the knowledge of anemia better ,the passing rate was 25.4%,which was better than short schooling trainees of 6.7%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.773,P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing trainees are lack of anemia knowledge that can not well meet the clinical needs .Clinical teachers should pay more attention to teaching the anemia knowledge in the nursing trainees during practicum , in particular to strengthen the anemia health education and communication skills training .
