高压供气管道常采用厚壁304不锈钢管道,TIG焊接是现场焊接常用方法,为解决在现场复杂环境下造成的焊缝内部气体保护不完全而产生的内焊缝氧化,内外焊缝颜色不达标,余高控制难度大,焊后管道流通面积减小等问题。经现场反复研究实验,最终采用“内填丝”焊接方法解决了以上问题,并提高了焊接效率。

High pressure gas pipeline is often used 304 stainless steel pipe, TIG is a commonly used method for field welding. The complex environment makes the gas protection not enough in welding process. So that causing these problems: weld is oxidized, color does not meet regulatory requirements, weld reinforcement is difficult to control, circulation area is reduced etc. After studying experimental in construction site, adopted "inside fill welding wire" weld method to solve these problems, and improve the welding efficiency.
