本试验旨在研究饲粮锌水平对育成期水貂生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。选取60日龄健康雄性水貂75只,随机分为5组,每组15个重复,每个重复为1只水貂,各组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(Ⅰ组)、50(Ⅱ组)、100(Ⅲ组)、300(Ⅳ组)、600 mg/kg (Ⅴ组)锌的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)60、75、90、105和120日龄时各组之间体重差异不显著(P>0.05);76~90日龄时Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);106~120日龄时Ⅲ组平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅴ组( P<0.05)。2)Ⅳ组血清白蛋白含量显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组( P<0.05);Ⅳ组血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于Ⅴ组( P<0.05);各组血清免疫球蛋白M含量差异不显著( P>0.05)。3)Ⅰ和Ⅱ组血清尿素氮含量显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组( P<0.05);Ⅲ和Ⅳ组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅴ组( P<0.05)。4)Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅴ组( P<0.05);各组血清乳酸脱氢酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。5)Ⅴ组血清锌含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);Ⅴ组血清磷含量显著低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组( P<0.05);各组血清钙含量无显著差异( P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加100 mg/kg的锌能够有效提高育成期水貂的生长性能,而饲粮中添加300 mg/kg的锌血清中蛋白质相关指标含量及锌相关酶活性最高,有利于提高水貂机体免疫力。
本試驗旨在研究飼糧鋅水平對育成期水貂生長性能及血清生化指標的影響。選取60日齡健康雄性水貂75隻,隨機分為5組,每組15箇重複,每箇重複為1隻水貂,各組分彆飼餵在基礎飼糧中添加0(Ⅰ組)、50(Ⅱ組)、100(Ⅲ組)、300(Ⅳ組)、600 mg/kg (Ⅴ組)鋅的試驗飼糧。預試期7 d,正試期60 d。結果錶明:1)60、75、90、105和120日齡時各組之間體重差異不顯著(P>0.05);76~90日齡時Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ組平均日增重顯著高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ組(P<0.05);106~120日齡時Ⅲ組平均日增重顯著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅴ組( P<0.05)。2)Ⅳ組血清白蛋白含量顯著高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ組(P<0.05);Ⅳ組血清總蛋白和毬蛋白含量顯著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅴ組(P<0.05);Ⅳ組血清免疫毬蛋白A含量顯著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ組( P<0.05);Ⅳ組血清免疫毬蛋白G含量顯著高于Ⅴ組( P<0.05);各組血清免疫毬蛋白M含量差異不顯著( P>0.05)。3)Ⅰ和Ⅱ組血清尿素氮含量顯著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ組( P<0.05);Ⅲ和Ⅳ組血清丙氨痠氨基轉移酶和天門鼕氨痠氨基轉移酶活性顯著高于Ⅰ和Ⅴ組( P<0.05)。4)Ⅲ、Ⅳ組血清堿性燐痠酶活性顯著高于Ⅰ和Ⅴ組( P<0.05);各組血清乳痠脫氫酶活性無顯著差異(P>0.05)。5)Ⅴ組血清鋅含量顯著高于其他各組(P<0.05);Ⅴ組血清燐含量顯著低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ組( P<0.05);各組血清鈣含量無顯著差異( P>0.05)。由此可見,飼糧中添加100 mg/kg的鋅能夠有效提高育成期水貂的生長性能,而飼糧中添加300 mg/kg的鋅血清中蛋白質相關指標含量及鋅相關酶活性最高,有利于提高水貂機體免疫力。

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary zinc level on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of growing minks. Seventy five 60-day-old healthy male minks were randomly divid-ed into 5 groups with 15 replicates per group and 1 mink per replicate. Minks in the 5 groups were fed the ex-perimental diets supplemented with 0 ( group Ⅰ) , 50 ( group Ⅱ) , 100 ( group Ⅲ) , 300 ( group Ⅳ) and 600 mg/kg ( groupⅤ) zinc, respectively. There was a 7-day adaptation period and a 60-day experimental pe-riod. The results showed as follows:1) there was no significant difference in body weight among all groups at 60, 75, 90, 105 and 120 days of age ( P>0.05);the average daily gain in groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤwas signifi-cantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ during 76 to 90 days of age ( P<0.05) , the average daily gain in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ andⅤ during 106 to 120 days of age ( P<0.05) . 2) The serum albumin content in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ ( P<0.05) , the serum total protein and globulin contents in group Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅴ (P<0.05), the serum immunoglobulin A content in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P<0.05), the serum immunoglobulin G content in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅴ (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin M content a-mong all groups ( P>0.05) . 3) The serum urea nitrogen content in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ (P<0.05), the serum aspartate amino transferase and alanine aminotrans-ferase activities in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in groups Ⅰ and Ⅴ (P<0.05). 4) The serum alkaline phosphatase activity in groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅠandⅤ ( P<0.05) , there was no significant difference in serum lactic acid dehydrogenase activity among all groups (P>0.05). 5) The serum zinc content in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05) , the serum phosphorus content in group Ⅴ was significantly lower than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ ( P<0.05), there was no significant difference in serum calcium content among all groups (P>0.05). In conclu-sion, dietary supplemented with 100 mg/kg zinc can improve the growth performance of growing minks. Diet-ary supplemented with 300 mg/kg zinc can get the highist protein metabolism related indices contents and zinc related enzyme activities, and it can be propitious to improve the immunity of minks.
