本试验研究了不同环境温度(10~30℃)持续14 d对肉鸡生产性能、糖代谢和禽类解偶联蛋白( avUCP) mRNA表达的影响。试验选取21日龄爱拔益加( AA)肉鸡288只,随机分到6个人工环境控制舱中,每个舱饲养6笼,每笼8只鸡作为1个重复。预试期7 d,温度22℃,相对湿度60%。28日龄时将各环境控制舱温度分别逐渐(1 h内)调到10、14、18、22、26和30℃,相对湿度60%,温湿度均保持恒定直至试验结束。正试期14 d。结果表明:1)试验期内,30℃组的体重( BW)显著低于14~26℃组( P<0.05);22~30℃组平均日采食量( ADFI)随温度升高而显著下降( P<0.05);10~30℃组平均日增重( ADG)随温度升高出现先升高后下降的趋势,在22℃时最高;料重比( F/G)随温度升高呈现先下降后升高的趋势,22℃时最低;平均日饮水量( ADWC)在10℃组最低。2)试验第14天,26℃组血糖水平显著低于18℃组( P<0.05);肝糖原水平在各组之间差异不显著( P>0.05);22℃组肌糖原水平显著低于10、26和30℃组( P<0.05)。3)试验第14天,18、22℃组avUCP mRNA相对表达量显著高于其他组( P<0.05)。结果提示:在本试验条件下,从生产性能和能量利用效率考虑,28~42日龄AA肉鸡的适宜养殖温度为22~26℃。

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different environmental temperatures ( ranged from 10 to 30 ℃) on performance, glucose metabolism and expression of avian uncoupling protein ( avUCP) mRNA of broilers. Two hundred and eighty eight 21-day-old Arbor Acres ( AA) broilers were assigned to six environmental chambers, each chamber contained six cages with eight birds per cage, and each cage as a repli-cate. The pre-test period lasted for 7 days and broilers were kept at 22℃ temperature and 60% relative humidi-ty. When broilers were 28-day-old, the temperatures of each environmental chamber were gradually ( within 1 h) regulated to 10, 14, 18, 22, 26 and 30℃, respectively, while maintaining the relative humidity at 60%and both kept constant until the end of the experiment. The trial period lasted for 14 days. The results showed as follows:1) throughout the trial period, the body weight ( BW) of broilers in 30 ℃ group was significantly lower than 14 to 26 ℃ groups ( P<0.05);average daily feed intake ( ADFI) of broilers in 22 to 30 ℃ groups were significantly decreased with the increase of environmental temperature ( P<0. 05 ); average daily gain ( ADG) of broilers in 10 to 30℃ groups were increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of environ-mental temperature ( P<0.05) , and 22 ℃ group was the highest; with the increase of environmental tempera-ture, the ratio of feed to gain ( F/G) decreased firstly and then increased, and the lowest point was reached at 22 ℃; the average daily water intake ( ADWC) was minimum in 10 ℃ group. 2) after prolonged temperature treatment for 14 days, glycemia level was significantly higher in 18℃ group than 26℃ group ( P<0.05);he-patic glycogen level was not significantly affected by environmental temperature ( P>0.05); muscle glycogen level was significantly lower in 22℃ group than 10, 26 and 30℃ groups ( P<0.05) . 3) After prolonged tem-perature treatment for 14 days, relative expression level of avUCP mRNA in 18 and 22 ℃ groups were signifi-cantly higher than that in the other groups ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, under the feeding conditions of this stud-y, and considering the performance and efficiency of energy utilization, the optimum environmental tempera-ture for AA broilers aged 28 to 42 days is in the range of 22 to 26 ℃.
