目的:分析真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔(穿孔<2.0 mm)行结膜瓣覆盖术后的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2009年1月到2013年9月在我院患者行结膜瓣覆盖术,并有完整记录的患者127例(127只眼)。统计手术前后视力变化、前房深度及溃疡复发的发生率。结果术后视力提高31例(24%),不变78例(61%),下降18例(14%);术后5~9天前房深度正常,术中27例、术后3例行前房注气重建前房;术后2年治愈101例(94.3%),溃疡复发6例(3%)。结论羊膜覆盖术可作为真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔(穿孔<2.0 mm)保住眼球的一种有效、简便、经济的手术方法。
目的:分析真菌性角膜潰瘍穿孔(穿孔<2.0 mm)行結膜瓣覆蓋術後的治療效果。方法迴顧性分析2009年1月到2013年9月在我院患者行結膜瓣覆蓋術,併有完整記錄的患者127例(127隻眼)。統計手術前後視力變化、前房深度及潰瘍複髮的髮生率。結果術後視力提高31例(24%),不變78例(61%),下降18例(14%);術後5~9天前房深度正常,術中27例、術後3例行前房註氣重建前房;術後2年治愈101例(94.3%),潰瘍複髮6例(3%)。結論羊膜覆蓋術可作為真菌性角膜潰瘍穿孔(穿孔<2.0 mm)保住眼毬的一種有效、簡便、經濟的手術方法。
목적:분석진균성각막궤양천공(천공<2.0 mm)행결막판복개술후적치료효과。방법회고성분석2009년1월도2013년9월재아원환자행결막판복개술,병유완정기록적환자127례(127지안)。통계수술전후시력변화、전방심도급궤양복발적발생솔。결과술후시력제고31례(24%),불변78례(61%),하강18례(14%);술후5~9천전방심도정상,술중27례、술후3례행전방주기중건전방;술후2년치유101례(94.3%),궤양복발6례(3%)。결론양막복개술가작위진균성각막궤양천공(천공<2.0 mm)보주안구적일충유효、간편、경제적수술방법。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of conjunctival flap covering in the treatment for fungal keratitis ul -cers with perforation radius <2.0 mm.Methods A retrospective study was done to investigate 127 patients (127 eyes) who received conjunctival flap covering surgeries between January 2009 and September 2013 for the treatment of corneal ul-cers resulted from fungal infection .Visual acuity changes , anterior chamber depth , and the recurrence rate of fungal infec-tions were examined and analyzed .Results acuity improved in 31 cases ( 24%) , remained unchanged in 78 cases (61%), and decreased in 18 cases (14%).Anterior chamber depth became normal within 5~7 days after the surgery. Gas injection to rebuild anterior chamber was needed during surgery in 27 patients and after surgery in 3 patients.After 2 years of follow~up, 101 patients were cured (94.3%), while recurrent ulcers were found in only 6 patients (3%).Con-clusion Conjunctival flap covering is an effective treatment for fungal keratitisulcers with perforation radius <2.0 mm.
