目的：总结微创经皮肾镜超声碎石取石手术配合的护理心得。方法回顾性分析55例行微创经皮肾镜超声碎石取石手术的患者临床资料,以及术前准备和术中配合的各项内容。结果55例患者手术顺利,手术时间70~180 min,一期结石清除率90.9%(50/55),无护理并发症发生,2例术中转开放手术。结论微创经皮肾镜超声碎石取石术具有创伤小、恢复快、痛苦小的优点,充分的术前准备,密切的术中配合是手术成功的关键环节。
목적：총결미창경피신경초성쇄석취석수술배합적호리심득。방법회고성분석55례행미창경피신경초성쇄석취석수술적환자림상자료,이급술전준비화술중배합적각항내용。결과55례환자수술순리,수술시간70~180 min,일기결석청제솔90.9%(50/55),무호리병발증발생,2례술중전개방수술。결론미창경피신경초성쇄석취석술구유창상소、회복쾌、통고소적우점,충분적술전준비,밀절적술중배합시수술성공적관건배절。
Objective To summarize the knowledge from the nursing care in minimally invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Methods Clinical data of 55 patients were analyzed who underwent PCNL surgery, preoperative nursing preparation and coordination during operation. Results All operations were successful. The time of operation is between 70 minutes to 180 minutes. The stone clearance rate was 90. 9% (50 / 55) in the first period. There was no complication. And two patients turned to open opera-tion. Conclusion PCNL has the advantages of slight trauma, little scar, mild pain and early recovery. Careful preoperative prepara-tion and good nursing cooperation are vital to the success of the surgery.
