目的：探讨心理护理在甲状腺结节细针穿刺细胞学检查前的重要性。方法随机抽取在院收治的甲状腺结节患者96例进行回顾性分析，均需进行细针穿刺细胞学检查。分为对照组48例和实验组48例，对照组给予入院治疗的常规护理，实验组在此基础上给及有针对性的心理护理，在入院后和出院前对患者心理活动进行观察和评估。结果对实验组患者进行积极的心理护理后和对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理后可提高患者对该检查的认识，改善患者焦虑、恐惧心理，积极配合检查，有利于提高疾病诊断的准确性。
목적：탐토심리호리재갑상선결절세침천자세포학검사전적중요성。방법수궤추취재원수치적갑상선결절환자96례진행회고성분석，균수진행세침천자세포학검사。분위대조조48례화실험조48례，대조조급여입원치료적상규호리，실험조재차기출상급급유침대성적심리호리，재입원후화출원전대환자심리활동진행관찰화평고。결과대실험조환자진행적겁적심리호리후화대조조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론심리호리후가제고환자대해검사적인식，개선환자초필、공구심리，적겁배합검사，유리우제고질병진단적준학성。
Objective To investigate the importance of psychological care to patients with thyroid nodule before they take fine needle aspiration cytology. Methods 96 patients with thyroid nodules in this hospital were randomly selected and analyzed retrospec-tively, all of whom were given fine needle aspiration cytology. They were divided into a control group of 48 patients and an experimental group of 48 patients. The control group received routine nursing while in addition to this, the experimental group were provided with psychological care, and their mental activities were observed and evaluated when admitted to and discharged from the hospital. Results The difference between the control group and the experimental group which received positive psychological care was statistically sig-nificant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Psychological care can enhance patients’ awareness about the examination and relieve their anxiety and fear, so that they tend to assist doctors to complete the inspection, which will increase the accuracy of the diagnosis.
