Normal QT interval associated with short-coupled polymorphous ventricular tachycardia is a rare type of ventricular tachycardia. As ECG is similar with Torsade de Pointes, which can induce ventricular fibrillation and then cause sudden death. The pathogenesis, clinical ECG features and the treatment of short-coupled polymorphous ventricular tachycardia with the combination of literature review and clinical data were discussed in this article, which is conducive to clinical treatment.
