目的:建立气相色谱法测定十滴水中樟脑和桉油精含量的学生实验方法。方法采用 SE-54毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),进样口温度230℃, FID 检测器温度240℃,程序升温(初始温度70℃,以8℃·min-1升温至160℃)。结果本方法测定樟脑、桉油精的平均加样回收率分别为98.3%和97.6%, RSD 分别为1.9%和2.1%。结论本方法简单易行,准确度高,可应用于学生的实验教学。

목적:건립기상색보법측정십적수중장뇌화안유정함량적학생실험방법。방법채용 SE-54모세관주(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),진양구온도230℃, FID 검측기온도240℃,정서승온(초시온도70℃,이8℃·min-1승온지160℃)。결과본방법측정장뇌、안유정적평균가양회수솔분별위98.3%화97.6%, RSD 분별위1.9%화2.1%。결론본방법간단역행,준학도고,가응용우학생적실험교학。
Objective To establish the student experimental method of measuring the content of camphor and eucalyptol in Shidishui tincture by gas chromatography. Methods SE-54 capillary column (30 m×0. 25 mm×0. 25 μm) was used in the experi-ment. The injector temperature was 230 ℃ , and FID detector temperature was 240 ℃ . The Temperature was programmed with the ini-tial 70 ℃ and the final 160 ℃ , increasing at the speed of 8 ℃ ·min-1 . Results The average sample recovery rates of camphor and eucalyptol in the experiment were 98. 3% and 97. 6% respectively, and RSD were 1. 9% and 2. 1% respectively. Conclusion The method can be applied to student experiment teaching for its simplicity and high accuracy.
