随着超稠油加工规模越来越大,加工过程带来的大气污染问题更加严重。以无组织排放源的特征污染物为分析对象,对比常规原油与超稠油加工过程中的不同工艺环节,总结了超稠油加工过程无组织排放的特征。研究表明,非甲烷总烃主要来自生产装置区,其中,原油分离工艺、重油轻质化工艺和油品改质及精制工艺,共占生产装置区排放总量的94.55%,远高于常规原油炼厂。90%以上的硫化氢和氨气来自污水处理设施的挥发,二者的排放量是常规原油炼厂的20倍以上。储罐区苯系物和烃类的无组织排放量均小于常规原油炼厂。装卸区苯系物和烃类无组织排放量均大于常规原油炼厂。

With the increasing of process scale on super viscous crude, the air pollution is getting worse from the process. Taking the particular pollutants of fugitive emission sources for research object, and compared to different processes of super viscous crude and conventional crude oil, the characteristics of fugitive emission from super viscous crude was found. The result showed that the non-methane hydrocarbon is mainly from the process units, where the separation process of crude oil, the heavy oil light and the product grading and refining process, account for 94.55% of the total emissions which is from the process units, which is much higher than conventional crude oil. More than 90% of the hydrogen sulfide and ammonia come from sewage treatment equipment, the emissions of both pollutants are 20 times more than that of conventional crude oil refinery. Fugitive emissions of benzene series and hydrocarbons coming from tanks are less than that of conventional crude oil refinery, while that coming from the handling area is more.
