我国的网络教育实践探索起步于1999年,至今已经有15年时间,期间对基于网络的教学和学习模式、课程、资源等进行了许多有益的探索,取得了一定成效,积累了宝贵的经验。但是与2012年迅速火爆的MOOC相比,我们的网络教育没有那么大的影响力,这主要与中国特有的教育生态有关。通过比较视角,考察分析不同国家网络教育的优劣,以更好地推动我国网络教育的发展。

The exploration of the network education practice in our country, starting in 1999, has a history of 15 years, during which a lot of beneficial explorations have been conducted about network-based teaching, learning model, curriculums and re-sources, etc. Thus, some achievements have been obtained and valuable experiences have been accumulated. However, com-pared with the fast hot MOOC in 2012, the network education has less influence, which is mainly related to the unique education ecology in China. By comparative perspective, we examine and analyze the pros and cons of network education of different coun-tries in order to better promote the development of network education in our country.
