以含硅的多元醇(PES)和聚醚二醇(PPG)为软链段,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和复合亲水扩链剂1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠( DHPS)和二羟甲基丙酸( DMPA)为硬链段,以γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-540)作为封端剂,采用自乳化法制备了一系列高固含量有机硅/聚氨酯复合分散体(Si/PU)。分析了PES和PPG质量比和KH-540含量对分散体性能的影响。结果表明,所得分散体的粒径呈多元分布,乳胶粒子呈核壳结构。随着PES/PPG质量比和KH-540含量的增大,乳胶粒平均粒径增大,粒度分布变宽,固体质量分数基本能达到50%以上,粘度均小于400 mPa·s,当PES/PGG值为1∶3,KH-540质量分数为1%时,固体质量分数高达55?8%;另外,胶膜具有较好的表面性能。

A series high-solid-content polyurethane-silicone compound dispersions were prepared by self-emul-sification, which were modified with γ-aminopropyl methyldimethyoxysilane ( KH-540 ) as a blocking agent, the self-made silicon polyether (PES) and propylene oxide glycol(PPG)as soft segments, toluene diisocyanate(TDI) as hard segment, 1,2-dihydroxy-3-propanesulfonic acid salt(DHPS) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA)as hy-drophilic chain-extending agents. Influences of KH-540 content and weight ratio of PES and PPG on properties of polyurethane dispersions were analyzed. Results showed that the dispersions possessed characteristic of multivariate distribution and core-shell structure in particle size. With increasing of PES/PPG weight ratio and KH-540 content, polyurethane dispersions possessed higher average particles diameter, wider particle size distribution, solid content 50% and viscosity 400 mPa·s. When the weight ratio of PES and PPG was 1∶3 and KH-540 content was 1%, the solid content of dispersions was up to 55?8%. The film had good surface properties.
