综述了无机纳米材料复合改性聚氨酯常用的3种合成方法,包括共混法、溶胶-凝胶法、原位聚合法;从机械力学性能、热稳定性能及阻燃性能等几个方面叙述了无机纳米材料复合改性聚氨酯的实验研究情况,改性后的聚氨酯复合材料在拉伸强度、压缩强度等力学性能及热稳定性、阻燃性能均有所提高。最后,对无机纳米材料改性聚氨酯工艺方法的改进进行了展望。

This paper discussed the inorganic nano material modified by three synthetic methods that used poly-urethane normally, including blending, sol-gel, and situ polymerization. It briefly described the synthesis process, the experimental study of inorganic nano materials modified to polyurethane from aspects of mechanical properties, thermal stability and flame retardant properties. The tensile strength, compressive strength, other mechanical prop-erties and thermal stability, flame retardant of the modified polyurethane composite material were increased. Final-ly, the technique improvement of polyurethane modified by inorganic nano materials was prospected.
