在传统亚硫酸法生产工艺的基础上采用离子交换纤维脱色脱盐,并和离子交换树脂的脱色性能相比较,结果表明离子交换纤维的脱色性能、脱色速度均高于离子交换树脂,脱色清汁质量好、性能稳定,满足了生产精制糖的条件,解决了传统亚硫酸法生产清净提纯的问题,进而实现一步法生产精制糖。
在傳統亞硫痠法生產工藝的基礎上採用離子交換纖維脫色脫鹽,併和離子交換樹脂的脫色性能相比較,結果錶明離子交換纖維的脫色性能、脫色速度均高于離子交換樹脂,脫色清汁質量好、性能穩定,滿足瞭生產精製糖的條件,解決瞭傳統亞硫痠法生產清淨提純的問題,進而實現一步法生產精製糖。

Ion exchange fiber was utilized to decolorize and desalinate sucrose on the basis of traditional sulfurous acid method, and was compared with the decoloring property and decoloring efficiency of ion exchange resin. Results showed that the decoloring property and decoloring efficiency of ion exchange fiber were better than that of ion exchange resin. The decolored juice that was dealt with ion exchange fiber had good quality and stable property, which met the conditions of the production of refined sugar, and solved the problems of clean purified sucrose in traditional sulfurous acid method, and therefore realized one-step process of refined sugar.
