针对甘蔗糖厂压榨生产过程的特点,介绍了压榨DCS的系统设计和系统功能实现。该自控系统已在翁源糖厂、平果糖厂、景真糖厂等多家糖厂应用。以翁源糖厂为例,系统使用后,压榨生产安全率达到99.9%,抽出率提高0.31百分点,转光度降低0.22百分点。压榨生产过程实现了均衡、安全、稳定、高抽出、低消耗的目的。
針對甘蔗糖廠壓榨生產過程的特點,介紹瞭壓榨DCS的繫統設計和繫統功能實現。該自控繫統已在翁源糖廠、平果糖廠、景真糖廠等多傢糖廠應用。以翁源糖廠為例,繫統使用後,壓榨生產安全率達到99.9%,抽齣率提高0.31百分點,轉光度降低0.22百分點。壓榨生產過程實現瞭均衡、安全、穩定、高抽齣、低消耗的目的。

According to the characteristics of crushing process in sugar mill, this paper introduced the design of crushing DCS and realization of its system function. This automatic system had been used in Wengyuan Sugar Mill, Pingguo Sugar Mill, Jingzhen Sugar Mill etc. For example, after using the system, Wengyuan Sugar Mill had obtained a security rate of 99.9% in crushing process operation, an increase of 0.31 in sucrose extraction percentage, and a decrease of 0.22 in juice pol. The application of the system achieved the desired goals of equilibrium, safety, stability, high sucrose extraction and low energy consumption.
