目的：探讨结肠癌术后行同步放化疗的可行性。方法回顾性分析16例结肠癌术后同步放化疗患者的毒副反应发生情况。结果16例患者中，5例出现Ⅱ度消化道急性放射反应，均未出现其他急性放射反应。结论结肠癌根治术后患者行同步放化疗是可以耐受的。
목적：탐토결장암술후행동보방화료적가행성。방법회고성분석16례결장암술후동보방화료환자적독부반응발생정황。결과16례환자중，5례출현Ⅱ도소화도급성방사반응，균미출현기타급성방사반응。결론결장암근치술후환자행동보방화료시가이내수적。
Objective Toexplorethefeasibilityofpostoperativechemoradiotherapyinthetreatmentofcolon cancer.Methods Thetoxicitiesof16patientswithcoloncancertreatedwithpostoperativechemoradiotherapywere analyzedretrospectively.Results Ofthe16patients,acutegastrointestinalradiationreactionwithdegreeⅡwas observedinthe5patients,noothertoxicitieswasobserved.Conclusion Postoperativechemoradiotherapyisfeasi-ble in the treatment of colon cancer,and the toxicities can be tolerated.
