目的:建立食管癌原位模型。方法将人食管癌原代肿瘤组织缝合于裸鼠食管表面,以完成食管癌原位模型的建立,并以该模型考察紫杉醇对食管癌的治疗情况。结果食管癌原位模型成功建立,成瘤率100%。紫杉醇的抑瘤率达73%。结论该模型可以良好模拟食管癌患者的进食困难等主要临床症状;紫杉醇对该模型具有显著抑制肿瘤生长作用。

목적:건립식관암원위모형。방법장인식관암원대종류조직봉합우라서식관표면,이완성식관암원위모형적건립,병이해모형고찰자삼순대식관암적치료정황。결과식관암원위모형성공건립,성류솔100%。자삼순적억류솔체73%。결론해모형가이량호모의식관암환자적진식곤난등주요림상증상;자삼순대해모형구유현저억제종류생장작용。
Objective Toestablishamousemodelwithorthotopicesophagealcancer.Methods Esophageal primary tumor was implanted to the esophageal wall of nude mice to set up an orthotopic tumor model,and paclitaxel wasusedtoobservethetreatmentofesophagealcancer.Results Amousemodelwithorthotopicesophagealcancer was established successfully,and the tumor formation rate was 100%. The tumor inhibition rate of paclitaxel was 73%.Conclusion Thismodelsuccessfullymimickedthemajorclinicalfeaturesofesophagealcancer,including poor oral food intake. In addition,the anti-tumor activity of paclitaxel for esophageal cancer can be certified in the mouse model with orthotopic esophageal cancer.
