化学发光免疫复合物在磁场下的响应是动态行为,且复合物大小处于微米级别,其微观运动情形用肉眼观测不到。采用机构设计知识,设计了一款响应状态观测装置。用Pro/ENGINEER和ANSYS软件对其进行虚拟设计和分析。分析结果显示:装置可用来研究免疫复合物在磁场下的动态行为,满足观测需求。

The response of immune complex based on chemiluminescent immunoassay to magnetic field is a dynamic behavior,and the size of the immune complex is at the level of micron.The micro motion can't be observed with the naked eye.In order to solve the problem,the knowledge of mechanism design was used to design a observation device for the response status in this paper.The virtual design and analysis was done making use of Pro/ENGINEER and ANSYS.The analysis results showed that the device could be used to study the dynamic behavior of the immune complex under the magnetic field,so the design could meet the demand of observation.
