作为徽州明代民居的典型代表，程氏三宅体现了徽州民居较高的建筑技艺。从历史沿革着手，分析了程氏三宅在建筑布局与建筑性质上的特点，以及其在装饰、彩绘、楹联匾额等方面的建筑特色，同时对程氏三宅的保护进行了探讨与思考，对徽州古民居保护及现代徽派建筑设计具有较好的参考意义。
作為徽州明代民居的典型代錶，程氏三宅體現瞭徽州民居較高的建築技藝。從歷史沿革著手，分析瞭程氏三宅在建築佈跼與建築性質上的特點，以及其在裝飾、綵繪、楹聯匾額等方麵的建築特色，同時對程氏三宅的保護進行瞭探討與思攷，對徽州古民居保護及現代徽派建築設計具有較好的參攷意義。
작위휘주명대민거적전형대표，정씨삼택체현료휘주민거교고적건축기예。종역사연혁착수，분석료정씨삼택재건축포국여건축성질상적특점，이급기재장식、채회、영련변액등방면적건축특색，동시대정씨삼택적보호진행료탐토여사고，대휘주고민거보호급현대휘파건축설계구유교호적삼고의의。
Cheng's three mansions,as a typical representative of ancient dwellings built in Ming Dynasty,reflects higher skills of residential buildings in Huizhou.Based on the historical point of view,architectural layouts and architectural features of Cheng's three mansions was analyzed in this paper,and the analysis of the characters of their decorations,paintings,couplets on pillar and plaques was made to explore the protecting measures for the mansions, which has a good reference for protecting ancient dwellings and modern architectural designs in Huizhou.
