目的：比较分析门诊与住院自体动静脉内瘘成型术医疗费用发生情况。方法回顾性调取2010年1月至2011年12月门诊自体动静脉内瘘成型术患者及2012年3月至2013年12月住院自体动静脉内瘘成型术患者的医疗费用情况，采用独立标本 t检验进行统计学分析。结果门诊自体动静脉内瘘成型术患者平均总体医疗费用较住院自体动静脉内瘘成型术患者明显降低，分别为（593．75±382．56）元与（4534．25±2073．81）元（ P＜0．001）。结论门诊动静脉内瘘成型术较住院动静脉内瘘成型术医疗费用低，方便患者，值得推广。
목적：비교분석문진여주원자체동정맥내루성형술의료비용발생정황。방법회고성조취2010년1월지2011년12월문진자체동정맥내루성형술환자급2012년3월지2013년12월주원자체동정맥내루성형술환자적의료비용정황，채용독립표본 t검험진행통계학분석。결과문진자체동정맥내루성형술환자평균총체의료비용교주원자체동정맥내루성형술환자명현강저，분별위（593．75±382．56）원여（4534．25±2073．81）원（ P＜0．001）。결론문진동정맥내루성형술교주원동정맥내루성형술의료비용저，방편환자，치득추엄。
Objective To compare and analysis the medical expenses of outpatient and inpatient autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF ) . Methods We collected retrospectively the data of the medical expenses of outpatient AVF operation from January 2010 to December 2010 and inpatient AVF operation from March 2012 to December 2013 .The independent samples t test was used for statistical analysis . Results Mean overall medical expenses of the outpatient AVF operation was significantly lower than that of the inpatient AVF operation ((593 .75 ± 382 .56 ) vs (4534 .25 ± 2073 .81 ) Yuan , P<0 .001 ) . Conclusion Outpatient AVF operation compared with inpatient AVF operation can significantly reduce health-care costs , made things convenient for the patients and warranted promotion .
