针对酒钢集团翼钢公司二轧线Φ14规格四切分棒材轧制时定尺率较低的问题,分析了影响棒材生产定尺率的因素,通过加强生产过程控制,采取精细化操作,减少轧制过程切头尾、减少纵肋差、减少四线差、控制负偏差、钢坯定重等措施后,定尺率指标得到了较大提高,生产成本得到有效降低。
