本文介绍了采用36 h火焰移动周期、252 h升温曲线的烘炉工艺,该烘炉曲线不仅满足了控制系统的要求,又能很方便地将烘炉曲线转换成正常生产曲线。由于使用天然气做为燃料,控制升温速度在8℃/h以内,烘炉结束后,焙烧炉炉体、火道墙几乎没有发生横向及纵向变化,未出现鼓肚、内凹、灰浆脱落等现象,横墙与火道墙没有脱离现象,火道上浇铸顶盖无上拱现象,火道墙下沉现象肉眼观察几乎没有,同时又能边烘炉边生产,大大节省了能源。
本文介紹瞭採用36 h火燄移動週期、252 h升溫麯線的烘爐工藝,該烘爐麯線不僅滿足瞭控製繫統的要求,又能很方便地將烘爐麯線轉換成正常生產麯線。由于使用天然氣做為燃料,控製升溫速度在8℃/h以內,烘爐結束後,焙燒爐爐體、火道牆幾乎沒有髮生橫嚮及縱嚮變化,未齣現鼓肚、內凹、灰漿脫落等現象,橫牆與火道牆沒有脫離現象,火道上澆鑄頂蓋無上拱現象,火道牆下沉現象肉眼觀察幾乎沒有,同時又能邊烘爐邊生產,大大節省瞭能源。

The paper introduced the heating-up process of baking furnace of 36 h-combusting rack move and 252 h baking curve thermal regulation , the heating-up curve not only meets the requirement of control system , but also transfer heating-up curve to production normal curve easily .Using natural gas as fuel ,insuring heating rate less than 8℃/h, when heating-up of baking furnace finished ,there were no vertical , horizontal distortion on furnaces and fire walls , no concave or convex part appeared on the fire wall, no mortar flaked off, the horizontal wall and fire walls didn’t detach, there were no hogging of the casting cover over fire wall and no visible subsidence of the fire wall .With this new process , heating-up course and production combined so that lots of energy was saved .
