通过对商务英语专业生就业岗位群的调查研究，探讨职业核心能力所需的素质，打破传统课程结构，重新构建高职商务英语课程体系，目的在于培养大学生的职业核心能力，提高大学生的综合素质，加强创新能力和开拓精神的开发。将素质教育融入到日常英语和商务知识教学中，提高商务沟通、商务决策、商务创业三大能力。既满足事企业单位对应用型、复合型商务人才的需求，又为大学生就业拓宽渠道和职场升迁打下坚实的基础，提升就业竞争力。

By investigating and studying the employment groups in which the students majoring in Business English have worked , the core competence of occupation needed for the quality , the change of traditional cur-riculum structure , and the reconstruction of the curriculum system of Business English in Higher Vocational Colleges is to cultivate the core competence of students ’ occupation , improve the comprehensive quality of students and enhance their developments of innovative ability and pioneering spirit .Putting the quality-orien-ted education into daily English and business knowledge aims at improving the business communication , busi-ness decision-making as well as business entrepreneurship ability .It meets business demand for applied and versatile business English talents , but also broadens employment channels for students and lays a solid founda-tion for career promotion , meanwhile , to enhance the employment competitiveness .
