Based on the analysis of dynamic mechanism of forest certification,and combined with modern forestry development in Guangdong province,the favorable factors and the main problems of carring out forest certi-fication in Guangdong were discussed,and then the advice and suggestions were put forward to promote Guangdong forest certification process.
