在含有0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+60.0 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L琼脂的MS培养基上分别添加6种不同浓度的2,4-D,对3种不同树龄布迪椰子种子的成熟胚进行愈伤组织诱导。结果表明:以6~7 a生布迪椰子种子成熟胚的诱导愈伤组织效果最好,添加2,4-D则以浓度为0.5 mg/L的效果最好。
在含有0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+60.0 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L瓊脂的MS培養基上分彆添加6種不同濃度的2,4-D,對3種不同樹齡佈迪椰子種子的成熟胚進行愈傷組織誘導。結果錶明:以6~7 a生佈迪椰子種子成熟胚的誘導愈傷組織效果最好,添加2,4-D則以濃度為0.5 mg/L的效果最好。
재함유0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+60.0 g/L자당+6.0 g/L경지적MS배양기상분별첨가6충불동농도적2,4-D,대3충불동수령포적야자충자적성숙배진행유상조직유도。결과표명:이6~7 a생포적야자충자성숙배적유도유상조직효과최호,첨가2,4-D칙이농도위0.5 mg/L적효과최호。
Phytohormone 2,4-D were applied in inducing callus of mature embryo of Butia capitata seeds in this study.The concentration of 2,4-D had six level from 0.5 to 3.0 mg/L.The B.capitata were divided into 3 age groups:6-7,40 and 50-60 years old.The MS culture medium consisted of 0.5 mg/L NAA,0.5 mg/L 6-BA,60.0 g/L sugar and 6.0 g/L agar.The results were as follows:the inducing effect were best in 6-7 years old group,and the optimum concentration of 2,4-D was 0.5 mg/L.
