本文采用氨氮纳氏试剂光度法,将显色、检测过程改进为自动稀释取样、自动添加显色剂并进行流动检测,研究结果表明:在流量为15mL/min ,经过50秒的显色后,进行测量,其线性方程为 y =1.522 x +0.003,相关系数 R2=0.998,加标回收率为93%~110%,相对标准偏差小于2%,检测周期在2s ~1h 内可调,可在化肥淋溶实验中对氨氮进行连续在线检测,也可应用于水污染源中氨氮排放量的实时监测。

In this paper ,the process of the classical method to measure ammonia nitrogen by Nessler was improved to be automatic ,including sample dilution ,chromogenic agent addition and flow detection , the whole process was controlled in a minute .The results show that the equation of working curve is y =1 .522x + 0 .003 ,the correlation coefficient is 0 .998 ,the recovery rate is 93% to 110% ,the relative standard deviation is less than 2% .The testing cycle of this method is adjustable within 2s-1h ,it can be used in the fertilizer leaching experiments for continuous on-line detection of ammonia nitrogen ,also can be applied to real-time monitoring of the ammonia nitrogen in water pollution emissions .
