微纳流量的测量是微纳液相色谱仪研发工作中的关键环节之一,本文利用热分布原理,建立了一种可以实时测量流量的微流量计法。由分流模式获得微纳流量流体,再采用传统测量方法得到实际输出流量,用以校正微流量计测量法的准确性。结果表明:微流量计法测得的数据准确且稳定性好,能够真实反映瞬时流量的变化,可测量μL /min ~ nL/min 范围。该方法的建立,为微纳输液泵研制提供了有效的测试手段。

Testing for micro-nano flow rate is one of important works in the μ-HPLC’s development . A new micro-flow rate meter testing method was proposed and evaluated .Its principle was to acquire liq-uid’s instant flow rate by monitoring the temperature change of the fluid .The flow rate was splited by split ratio to achieve the required micro-nano flow rate .The micro-flow rate meter was calibrated by tradi-tional testing method .The results indicated that the micro-flow rate meter testing method possessed better accuracy and repeatability .Besides ,the new method could measure accurate instant flow rate accurately , and the range was μL/min to nL /min .This new method provided an effective way to design and improve micro-nano pumps .
