针对水工建筑物中常见的排架结构体系在地震作用下易产生动力放大现象,为了合理有效的耗散地震能量,最终确保结构体系的安全,研制了一种铅剪切阻尼器。通过低周往复加载试验,逐个分析阻尼材料铅的有效剪切面积、受剪区厚度、剪切截面形式、加载位移幅值、加载频率、加载次数等因素对阻尼器耗能性能的影响情况。试验结果表明:该阻尼器滞回曲线比较饱满,呈平行四边形向侧延伸,具有小位移、大刚度的力学特征。并根据其恢复力曲线,确定了该阻尼器的双线性力学模型,为阻尼器在结构体系中的减震应用打下基础。

The bent frame structure which is a common hydraulic structure is prone to have dynamic amplifications under earthquakes .Regarding to this problem a lead shear damper was developed to reasonably and effectively consume earth-quake energy ,so as to ensure the safety of the structure system .In the cyclic repetitive loading test ,the effective shear surface ,the thickness of the shear zone ,shear sectional form ,the load displacement amplitude ,loading frequency and loading times of the damper’s lead core were analysed to test the influences to the damper ’s performance of energy dissi-pation .The test result showed that the hysteresis curve between damping force and displacement of the damper was full , it had the shape of parallelogram and extended to the side .The damper had the performance of small displacement and high stiffness .According to its restoring force curve ,the bilinear mechanical model of the damper was determined .This study will lay the foundation of damping application of the damper in the structural system .
