采用SMW工法桩作为地铁车站盾构井围护结构的工程案例较少,类似工程的设计与施工缺少必要的工程经验作为借鉴。某地铁车站采用了SMW工法桩作为盾构井围护结构,施工过程中出现了洞门渗漏水的问题,结合工程险情的处理,对SMW工法桩在盾构工作井围护结构中的应用进行了探讨,形成如下结论:在保证洞门安全稳定的基础上,SMW工法桩具有很好的经济性;设计中应细化型钢拔出和洞门处理措施,并结合承压水影响确定端头井加固深度;施工中应统筹型钢拔除与盾构机掘进时间,拔除型钢时应严格履行洞门破除的管理流程,确保盾构进出洞安全。

Soil Mixing Wall (SMW pile ) is seldomly used in the construction of enclosure structure for the shield well of subway stations ,so the design and construction of similar projects lack the necessary referential engineering experiences . Here ,SMW pile was used in the shield well pit of a subway station ,during the construction a portal water leakage ap-peared ,based on emergency handling ,the application of SMW pile in the shield well was discussed .Accordingly ,come to a conclusion that the SMW pile can ensure the portal stability with excellent economy on the budget .The pullout of h-shaped steel and the portal treatment should be refined in the design ,and reinforcement depth of shield well should be determined by considering the confined water .The h-shaped steel pullout should co-ordinate with shield tunneling con-struction ,and it must strictly comply with the management processes to ensure the safety of gettting in and out of the well .
