对35份东北三省大豆资源的单株粒数、单株荚数等12个农艺性状进行测定,通过遗传多样性、主成分和聚类分析,进行了表型鉴定及基因型分类。结果表明,35份大豆资源表型变异较丰富,遗传多样性程度较高。根据主成分分析,筛选到4个主成分,进一步鉴定到10份优异种质。通过聚类分析将供试种质分为4类。

12 agronomic traits was measured in 35 collections of soybean in 3 provinces of the northeast of China. Phenotypes and genotypes were identified and classified by genetic diversity, principle components and cluster analysis. The results showed that there were rich genetic variation and diversity for 12 agronomic traits in 35 soybean collections. According to the principle components analysis, 4 principle components were screened. 10 elite germplasms were identified by 4 principle components. 35 germplasms were divided into 4 genetic groups by clustering analysis.
