新建地方本科院校的办学定位为应用主导型，学习好计量经济学对于地方本科院校经管类专业学生实践能力的提高具有非常重要的工具性作用。新建地方本科院校应着力于如何凝练计量经济学教学模式特色，探索计量经济学教学改革的实践路径，以推动适应应用型人才培养目标要求的课程教学体系的良性构建。笔者以湘南学院国际经济与贸易专业为例，提出了地方本科院校计量经济学教学中存在的一些典型问题和教学改革的思路。

As the newly-built local undergraduate colleges are application-oriented,it is of important practi-cal value for their students majored in economic management to study well econometrics and improve their practical abilities. Newly-built local undergraduate colleges should focus on the characteristics of economet-rics teaching model and explore the practical paths of econometrics teaching reform to promote the good con-struction of the course teaching system so as to meet the requirements of the training goal. After a case study of the major of International Economics and Trade in Xiangnan University, the author puts forward some typi-cal problems and reform ideas about econometrics teaching in local undergraduate colleges.
