以娄新高速公路岩溶塌陷地基强夯加固工程为背景,对强夯法的主要参数设计、强夯试验和强夯加固岩溶地基效果进行分析。分别采用2000 kN·m、4000 kN·m夯击能进行强夯试验,并对夯坑的每击夯沉量、总夯沉量及夯坑周围地面隆起变形量和影响范围进行监测。试验结果表明:在4000 kN·m夯击能下最佳夯击次数为11击,夯实效率达到90%以上,远高于2000 kN·m夯击能的夯实效率,可以有效地加固岩溶塌陷地基。强夯后动力触探击数明显增加,1~12 m变化明显,表明4000 kN·m夯击能的影响深度达到了12 m。
以婁新高速公路巖溶塌陷地基彊夯加固工程為揹景,對彊夯法的主要參數設計、彊夯試驗和彊夯加固巖溶地基效果進行分析。分彆採用2000 kN·m、4000 kN·m夯擊能進行彊夯試驗,併對夯坑的每擊夯沉量、總夯沉量及夯坑週圍地麵隆起變形量和影響範圍進行鑑測。試驗結果錶明:在4000 kN·m夯擊能下最佳夯擊次數為11擊,夯實效率達到90%以上,遠高于2000 kN·m夯擊能的夯實效率,可以有效地加固巖溶塌陷地基。彊夯後動力觸探擊數明顯增加,1~12 m變化明顯,錶明4000 kN·m夯擊能的影響深度達到瞭12 m。
이루신고속공로암용탑함지기강항가고공정위배경,대강항법적주요삼수설계、강항시험화강항가고암용지기효과진행분석。분별채용2000 kN·m、4000 kN·m항격능진행강항시험,병대항갱적매격항침량、총항침량급항갱주위지면륭기변형량화영향범위진행감측。시험결과표명:재4000 kN·m항격능하최가항격차수위11격,항실효솔체도90%이상,원고우2000 kN·m항격능적항실효솔,가이유효지가고암용탑함지기。강항후동력촉탐격수명현증가,1~12 m변화명현,표명4000 kN·m항격능적영향심도체도료12 m。
Taking the project of karst collapse foundation treated by dynamic compaction in the construction of Lou-Xin expressway as an example,main parameters of dynamic compaction method,dynamic compaction test and its effects were analyzed.The test was conducted when 1000 kN·m and 4000 kN·m tamping energy were adopted.Meanwhile,the measurement work was also performed,including each tamping settlement of the tamped area,total settlement,ground uplift deformation around the tamping pit and influence scope.The results indicate that the optimum tamping times were 1 1 when 4 000 kN·m tamping energy was adopted.The compac-tion efficiency achieves more than 90%,which is much higher than that when 2 000 kN·m tamping energy was utilized.It could reinforce the karst collapse foundation effectively.Taming number of dynamic penetration after dynamic compaction increases obviously,which changes vastly from 1 to 12m in depth.It shows that the effective influence depth of 4 000 kN·m tamping energy reaches the depth of 12 meters.
