统计分析了安徽古井园自然保护区的维管植物区系，研究结果表明：（1）该保护区区系成分丰富，共有维管植物1978种（含种下分类群），隶属于757属、180科。（2）植物区系区划上属于华东植物区系，起源古老。（3）植物区系的温带特征比较明显，这与其处于北亚热带区系向暖温带区系过渡的地理位置一致。
統計分析瞭安徽古井園自然保護區的維管植物區繫，研究結果錶明：（1）該保護區區繫成分豐富，共有維管植物1978種（含種下分類群），隸屬于757屬、180科。（2）植物區繫區劃上屬于華東植物區繫，起源古老。（3）植物區繫的溫帶特徵比較明顯，這與其處于北亞熱帶區繫嚮暖溫帶區繫過渡的地理位置一緻。
통계분석료안휘고정완자연보호구적유관식물구계，연구결과표명：（1）해보호구구계성분봉부，공유유관식물1978충（함충하분류군），대속우757속、180과。（2）식물구계구화상속우화동식물구계，기원고로。（3）식물구계적온대특정비교명현，저여기처우북아열대구계향난온대구계과도적지리위치일치。
Flora of vascular plants in Gujingyuan Nature Reserve ,Anhui province was analyzed .The results showed that :(1) Vascular plant species are very rich .There were 1978 species recorded in this nature reserve , belonging to 757 genera in 180 families .(2) The flora belonged to East China flora ,and the origin was very ancient with many endemic rare and endangered species in the reserve . (3) Floristic elements were mainly temperate distribution ,and this was consistent with its geographical position .That is ,this flora was within the north subtropical region with transitional character of floristic elements ranging from sub-tropical to warm temperate .
