为回收利用化工厂废硝酸,本文利用此废硝酸直接硝化对甲酚制取高性价比的医药中间体邻硝基对甲酚,以紫外吸收光谱为检测手段,跟踪游离硝酸根紫外吸光度的变化,获得最佳废酸处理工艺为:油水体积比5:34,温度30℃,转速600r/min ,硝酸与对甲酚的物质的量之比为1:0.8,处理后,使废水中硝酸含量下降了82%,邻硝基对甲酚(以对甲酚计)收率达79.5%.
為迴收利用化工廠廢硝痠,本文利用此廢硝痠直接硝化對甲酚製取高性價比的醫藥中間體鄰硝基對甲酚,以紫外吸收光譜為檢測手段,跟蹤遊離硝痠根紫外吸光度的變化,穫得最佳廢痠處理工藝為:油水體積比5:34,溫度30℃,轉速600r/min ,硝痠與對甲酚的物質的量之比為1:0.8,處理後,使廢水中硝痠含量下降瞭82%,鄰硝基對甲酚(以對甲酚計)收率達79.5%.

In this paper ,waste nitric acid from chemical works was directly used to nitrate p-cresol to prepare 2-Nitro-p-Cresol which is a cost-effective pharmaceutical intermediate .To get the optimum treatment process of waste nitric acid ,UV was successfully used to detect the absorb change of the free nitrate in the solution .The result shows that ,in the treatment condition of water/oil volume ratio (3/17) ,ambient temperature (30 ℃ ) and the rotate speed (600r/min) , the concentration of nitric acid in the waste water decreased to 82% , meanwhile ,the yield of 2-Nitro-p-Cresol could reach to 79 .5% compared to p-cresol .
